If for any reason at all you are unsatisfied with an item you purchase, The Oprah Store will make an exchange or refund the full purchase amount (including any applicable sales tax, but excluding any shipping and handling fees) if an item is returned within 30 days of the date purchased in store, or date shipped to you. Item needs to be in sellable condition, have the price tags intact, and return must be made with original order receipt. If a return is made with a receipt after 30 days of the date purchased, items can be exchanged for their original value with other merchandise. If a return is made without a receipt within or after 30 days of the date purchased, items can be exchanged for the same merchandise in different color and size in stock (note: plus size merchandise mark-up may apply), items can be exchanged for their last sale price with other merchandise. Returns or exchanges cannot be made for discontinued items. THE OPRAH STORE does not provide store credit. Note: no additional shipping costs apply on exchanges! Shipping and handling will only be refunded if the problem is the result of our error. This excludes all sales of transcripts and pdf downloads, which are final and non-refundable.

Return refunds can only be made in the original form of payment and only to the original purchaser. Recipients of a gift as designated in the ship-to address of the order may exchange returned items only for other items of equal or lesser value. Refunds cannot be issued to anyone other than the original purchaser.
