Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Your credit card will be authorized for the amount of your order total immediately upon purchase. However, your credit card will only be charged for the full amount at the time the items are shipped from our fulfillment center. In the event that your order cannot be shipped, the authorization hold on your credit card will be lifted within 3-5 business days and your credit card will not be charged. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

Will I be charged sales tax?

UNITED STATES
THE OPRAH STORE is required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to Illinois and Wisconsin. Orders shipping to other states within the US are not taxed.

CANADA
THE OPRAH STORE collects duty, PST and GST where applicable for purchases made in Canada, which may help you avoid customs delays. Duties and Taxes charges for orders delivered to Canada are displayed and included in your order total during checkout. There are no additional charges to Canadian clients upon delivery. When you place an order with www.theOprahstore.com, you authorize our Customs broker to act as your agent with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes with your orders, returns and exchanges.
All orders and refunds are charged in U.S. dollars. Conversion rates may vary depending upon your bank and Credit Card Company. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding conversion rates and fees. Your credit card is charged at time of shipment.

How do I purchase a transcript?

Transcripts of The Oprah Winfrey Show broadcasts in both printed and downloadable electronic formats are available on theOprahstore.com website. Transcribed copies of newly broadcasted shows are generally available for purchase the same day or next business day.

Transcripts are archived in order by their air dates within the Transcripts section of the website. If you do not know the air date of the show, you can search for it by entering the subject matter of the program in the search box.

Please note: The Oprah Winfrey Show transcripts are available in text format only. We do not offer DVD's or video tapes of any shows.

Shipping & Downloading Transcripts:

To order a transcript in printed form, select “printed” on the product page and check out normally. A physical copy of your selected transcript will be mailed to you in the form of a booklet via the shipping method you have selected.

To download a transcript, select “download” on the product page and check out normally. When your transaction is completed you will receive an e-mail including a link (that is active for 5 days) to download your transcript.

If you have purchased a digital version of a transcript and your link expired before you were able to download your file, please contact customer service at the following numbers to receive a new link.
