Beaded Zebra

African Allsorts specializes in handmade, finely sculpted bead and wire art collectibles with a focus on animal figurines. Inspired by the abundance of wild life found in South Africa, their team of highly talented artists creates pieces that reflect our planet’s rich natural heritage. Each magnificent work of art is a labour of love- the culmination of numerous hours of patient, detailed work.

Their team of artists begins by skillfully manually shaping galvanized steel wire into sturdy three-dimensional frames. Next, thousands upon thousands of tiny, colourful glass seed beads are handstrung onto strands of wire and securely fastened to the frames in a process called plastering or weaving. Finally, each piece undergoes stringent quality checks.

Each Wild at Art animal is part of a limited edition collection, has a tag of authenticity and is signed by the artist.
